Choral Hall (July 13, 1910)


Carreño appeared at Choral Hall in Auckland, New Zealand as part of the Australasian 1910 tour. She performed Fantasia, C Minor (Mozart, Wolfgang Amadeus), Sonata, op. 27, no. 2 (Moonlight) (Beethoven, Ludwig van), Nocturne, D-flat, op. 27; Polonaise, C-sharp Minor, op. 28, Waltz, D-flat, Polonaise, A-Flat (requested) (Chopin, Fryderyk), Concertstueck [with orchestral accompaniment on second piano] (Weber, Carl Maria von), Minuetto (Boccherini, Luigi (arr. Dulcken)), Staccato caprice (Vogrich, Max), and Tremolo (Gottschalk, L. M.). Benno Scherek provided orchestral accompaniment on the second piano. The concert began at 3:30 pm.
