Carreño appeared at Mendelssohn Hall in New York City. She performed Fantaisie in C Minor (Mozart, Wolfgang Amadeus),
Sonata, op. 31, no. 3 (Beethoven, Ludwig van), Nocturne, op. 62, no. 1, Barcarolle, Etude, A-flat, Scherzo, op. 31 (Chopin, Fryderyk), Fantaisie in C Major, op. 17 (Schumann, Robert), and Sei mir gegrüst, Du bist die ruhe [sic], Ständchen von Shakespeare, Erlkönig (Franz Schubert (arr. Liszt)). Carreño performed on a Steinway piano. The concert began at 3 pm.
